All adjustments are marked in yellow, making the equipment easy and safe to use even for those new to the gym. The weight stack is adjustable in 2.5 kg increments. In all Selection series machines, the weight stack can be adjusted while exercising on the equipment, so you don't need to leave the machine if you want to change the resistance during your workout.
